How Do I Start Using Online Banking?
If this is your first time logging in to Online Banking, you may access using your Telebank ID and Password or, if you don’t know them, you may call (815) 756-6321, for assistance. Once you have your password, you can go to Online Banking, click on the “new user” link on our homepage, and follow the instructions for setting up your online account. You will be asked to change your password the first time you log in.

Can I Change My Password?
You can easily change your password once you’ve logged into Online Banking. Just click on “Options” at the top of the page. Here you have the option to change your password, nickname your accounts for easier account recognition, or change your e-mail address.

How Often Is My Account Information Updated?
Your accounts are viewable in real time. You will have the same information online as you receive from TeleBanking and from the Tellers at our Branches.

What System Requirements Do I Need To Access Online Banking?
Suggested Requirements:

  1. Access to the Internet through your computer
  2. Personal Online Banking
      • IE 5.5 or higher (prefer6.0)
      • IE for MAC 5.2
      • SAFARI
      • Fire Fox
      • Opera
      • Netscape 6.1 and higher
  3. Business Online Banking
      • IE 5.5 or higher (prefer 6.0)
      • IE for MAC 5.2
  4. Your screen resolution should be set to 800 x 600 or greater

How Do I Upgrade My Browser So It Is Compatible With Online Banking?
Internet Explorer Users: Go to “Help” at the top of your browser and go down to “About Internet Explorer.” It will say on this page what version of Internet Explorer you have and what level of encryption you have. If you have Internet Explorer 5.0 or below we recommend you use version 6.0 for Online Banking. This upgrade should also include 128-bit encryption (required for Online Banking) To upgrade to Internet Explorer 6.0,get a free upgrade by clicking on the following link and following the instructions: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie

Netscape Users: You will need Netscape 4.78 or higher to run Online Banking. If you don’t know what version you have, click on “Help” and go down to “About Netscape” (depending on your browser, it may also say “About Navigator” or “About Communicator”). It will say on this page what version of Netscape you have. If you have an older version than 4.78, you will need to upgrade to a newer (free) version by clicking on the following the instructions: http://wp.netscape.com/download/

I Don’t Want My Computer To Remember My Password. How Do I Turn This Feature Off?
If you’re using Internet Explorer and want to turn off the “Auto Complete” feature that remembers your login and password information, follow these steps:

  1. Select “Internet Options” from the “Tools” menu on Internet Explorer’s menu bar.
  2. Select the “Content” tab at the top of the “Internet Options” dialog.
  3. Select the “AutoComplete” button on the “Content” tab.
  4. If the “User names and passwords on forms” checkbox is not checked before selecting the “OK” button on the “AutoComplete Settings” dialog.
  5. Select the “OK” button on the “Internet Options” dialog.
