All you need is a touch-tone phone to use Resource Bank's Tele-Banking system. We even provide a toll-free number to use when you’re away from home. By pushing just a few buttons, you can find out your account balances, which checks have been paid from your accounts, and transfer funds between accounts. You can even receive a fax of your account statement for a small fee. Our automated bank-by-telephone system will give you step-by-step instructions that "walk you through" your transaction. To use the convenient Tele-Banking system, all you need is an Account Access number and assign your Personal Identification Number (PIN). To receive your Account Access number stop by any Resource Bank office, and we will be happy to help you. Your PIN is your security code to access your accounts, and you can change it at any time by using the Tele-Banking system. Use of the Tele-Banking system is open to all Resource Bank clients. Your information is just a phone call away - day or night. If you need further assistance or wish to speak with a bank representative during regular business hours, Tele-Banking can connect you with a client advisor to answer your questions. It's not necessary to listen to an entire message. You can interrupt Tele-Banking at any time by entering a new selection.
