e-Statement Questions

Are the e-statements the same as my paper statements?

Yes, your e-statement will show you the same information as your paper statement in the same format.

Can I view my checks online?

With e-statements you will receive the images of your checks on the page layout as you do with your printed statement. You will continue to have access to your check images through Internet Banking Transactions Menu.

Can I get both an e-statement and paper statement?

We will provide you either an e-statement or a paper statement, but we will not provide both paper and electronic statements.

How many months of history can I see with e-statements?

Your e-statement will be available for viewing for two years, starting the month of your sign-up. That means that statements generated before you signed up for e-statements will not be available for viewing online.

Why do I have to have Internet Banking?

We do not send your e-statement as an attachment; rather we will send you an email notifying you that your statement is available for viewing on Internet Banking. A direct link to the logon page for Internet Banking will be included in the email so that you may logon and view your statement.

Do I have to get all of my accounts on one statement or can I separate them?

You will receive exactly what you would receive on a paper statement, meaning that accounts that currently are combined on your statement will be combined on your e-statement. If your accounts are not currently combined, you will receive more than one e-statement, just as you would receive more than one paper statement. If you would like to change the way your statements are generated, please contact your client advisor.

What if I change my email address?

We ask that you notify us if you change your email address, so that we may make the change on your account. If you do not, your statement notification email will come back to us as undeliverable. If this happens two times, we will cancel your e-statements and send you a paper statement.

How do I know this is secure?

Our e-statement method is the most secure possible. We do not send your e-statement as an attachment; rather we will send you an email notifying you that your statement is available for viewing on Internet Banking. A direct link to the logon page for Internet Banking will be included in the email so that you may logon and view your statement.
