Message Alerts

Upgraded Notifications Coming for Text, Email, and Mobile App!

New Message Alerts Coming November 5th!

We are pleased to let you know that as part of our continual efforts to improve your digital functionality, we will be updating our message alert system! This new system will provide you with a smoother, more reliable experience in receiving important account notifications from us.

You’ll have access to a wide range of customizable message alerts to help you stay informed and in control of your accounts. For example, you can choose to receive notifications when a transaction is made, when your password is changed, or when a loan payment is coming due. These alerts are not only convenient, they’re also an excellent tool to help detect and prevent fraudulent activity by keeping you aware of account changes in real time.

New options for how you choose to receive your alerts will also be available, including texts, emails, or push notifications in our mobile app. Simply set up your new alerts on internet banking or on our mobile app on or after November 5th.

As part of this enhancement, any existing alerts you have set up will not transfer automatically. To continue receiving alerts, you will need to re-enter your preferences in the new system after November 5th. This only takes a few minutes and ensures that your alerts are tailored to your needs moving forward.

We appreciate your time in updating your alerts and are confident you'll enjoy the improved functionality of this upgrade. You can set up customized alerts for everything from account balances to specific transactions or transaction types. Using Message Alerts puts you in control of your accounts. Choose which alerts you want and the way you want them delivered:

Email Messaging– Receive a message to the email of your choice.

Online Messaging– Receive a message in your Internet Banking.

Text Messaging– Receive a text message to the mobile device of your choice (message and data rates may apply).

Mobile App Messaging– Receive a push notification to your mobile app.
