Activity Level 2 - Ladies Night is all about a special evening of pampering, relaxation, and laughter, just for you. Our evening will include: facials, massages, fashion show, prizes, shop¬ping, gifts, appetizers, and more! Activity Level 6 - New Orleans is a must see destination with its jazzy sounds, distinctive creole cuisine, rich history, and vibrant culture. Your adventure will be filled with the sights and sounds that keep travelers coming back again and again. Our trip includes: New Orleans City, Cemetery Tour, French Quarter Carriage Ride with free time to shop and explore, Destrehan Plantation, the WWII Museum, Maison Bourbon Jazz Club, the New Orleans School of Cooking, two nights in the Memphis area on the way to and from New Orleans, and much more! Driehaus Museum

Activity Level 3 - The Richard H. Driehaus Museum immerses visitors in one of the grandest residential buildings of 19th-century Chicago, the Gilded Age home of banker Samuel Mayo Nickerson. Philanthropist Richard H. Driehaus founded the museum on April 1, 2003 with a vision to influence today’s built environment by preserving and promoting archi¬tecture and design of the past. We will enjoy lunch at the Chicago Women’s Ath¬letic Club. Yes, gentlemen are invited! The Woman’s Athletic Club of Chicago is a private club for women nestled in the heart of downtown Chicago. The entire facility runs on cow & pig manure! They transform the farms’ waste into energy by way of anaerobic digesters; they reduce dependency upon natural gas and elec¬tricity during the milk and manufacturing process. AARP Driver Safety Course

HearthSone Center - July 11 & 12, 2018

Activity Level 1 - For your convenience, we offer this two-day course annually. Attendance is required both days to receive a certificate of completion. The certificate you will receive is honored by some insurance companies for a discount on your premium. This two-day event will run from Noon to 4:30 p.m. Please provide a copy of your AARP membership card with your registration. Payment is due at the time of registration. Please R.S.V.P. by June 29th. AARP Member: $15.00 • Non-Member: $20.00.

Classics Travel Policies

Trip Confirmation Notice

Classics sends out a confirmation reminder notice of payment due date, pickup time and location along with any other information regarding each trip at least two weeks prior to departure date for all trips.

Trip Cancellation Policy for Day Trips

When scheduling day trips, most vendors require full payment when booking the event. We request that full payment for a day trip be made 2 weeks in advance. If you have to cancel a trip and we can fill your space from a waiting list, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel the trip after your payment is made, we will reimburse you when possible.

Trip Cancellation Policy for Extended Trips

Cancellation policies on extended trips are outlined by respective tour companies as stated in their trip brochure. Trip Travel Insurance is always a wise investment when going on extended trips.

Activity Levels

The higher the Activity Level number, the more walking involved. All activities are in the Bethany Road Community Center unless otherwise stated.

Activity Level 1: Very little walking, no stairs.
Activity Level 2: A little walking, possible stairs.
Activity Level 3: Walking, getting on and off the coach, and possible stairs.
Activity Level 4: Walking, getting on and off the coach several times and stairs on the trip.
Activity Level 5: Walking distances which might be on non-flat surfaces, getting on and off the coach multiple times, and stairs.
Activity Level 6: All of the above, including multiple flights of stairs and activities requiring a higher level of stamina.
