Description of Teller Position: To serve as the bank's primary contact with customers by processing transactions, managing a fund of cash, performing various customer service activities, and provide miscellaneous clerical support as needed. To actively promote the sale of all services. Requirements include a strong commitment to customer service, math aptitude, excellent verbal communication skills, and a professional appearance and manner.
Deposit Operations Representative III, Full Time - DeKalb
Monday - Friday, 8-5 with a rotating Friday until 6 p.m. Saturday rotation required (8:30 - 4:00 or 8:30 - 1:00)
Description of Position: Provide customer service support for internal and external clients. Provide Internet banking, bill pay and debit card support to clients. Perform NSF reporting and processing, exception report monitoring, charge off accounts, process collections and recovery payments, processing tax levies, subpoenas, and garnishments. Perform various account maintenance requests. Provide fraud alert notifications to Advisors.
Requirements: Strong commitment to customer service; high attention to detail required and ability to perform various duties accurately. A proficiency in computers required. Three to five years of qualifying bank work experience required; good verbal and written communication skills; and professional appearance and manner.
