Licensed Investment Operations Assistant, Full-Time - Bethany Road Office - DeKalb, IL

Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: To provide assistance to the Investment Representatives in the areas of:  investment sales, research, trading, account processing, servicing, rep inquiries and client communications.  To perform the processing of client trades and new account paperwork as well as servicing accounts.  To actively promote the sale of all bank products and services to current and potential clients.    

REQUIREMENTS: Strong commitment to customer service; attention to detail; Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience; current Series 7 licensing or ability to obtain within six months; two to three years of qualifying financial services work experience required; PC experience; excellent verbal and written communication skills; and professional appearance and manner.

 

Insurance Advisor, Full-Time - Bethany Road Office - DeKalb, IL

Full-Time: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:  To develop relationships through consultation with existing and potential clients which promotes the sale of insurance products and services. To generate qualified leads through referrals, cold calls, and networking opportunities.  To determine the client’s needs through the use of profiling in order to meet the client’s comprehensive insurance needs.  To develop and present a comprehensive sales presentation which will meet the insurance needs identified in the profiling process.  To ensure service excellence to both internal and external clients.  To investigate and secure necessary insurance products through approved channels which will effectively satisfy market demand while meeting the profitability goals of Resource Insurance.  To refer existing clients to other areas of the bank for cross-selling opportunities.  To assist clients on the phone, in written correspondence, and in person, and to actively sell products that meet their needs. 

REQUIREMENTS:  Insurance licensing preferred (Training and licensing paid by Bank); strong commitment to customer service; attention to detail; two to three years of experience preferred; PC and data entry experience required, including Word; good verbal and written communication skills; ability to handle multiple projects; and professional appearance and manner.  

Insurance Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales, Full-Time - Bethany Road Office - DeKalb, IL

Full-Time: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: To assist clients on the phone, in written correspondence, and in person, and to actively educate clients on products that meet their needs. To provide clerical assistance to the Director of Insurance Services and all Insurance Advisors, which includes correspondence, documentation and related forms, and other special projects as assigned. To act as the receptionist, which includes answering the telephone and performing client transactions and miscellaneous clerical duties.

REQUIREMENTS:  Must be multi-task oriented; Insurance licensing must be obtained, training provided, strong commitment to customer service; attention to detail; customer service or administrative assistance preferred; PC and data entry experience preferred, good verbal and written communication skills; ability to handle multiple projects; and professional appearance and manner.

Credit Analyst, Full-Time - Bethany Road Office - DeKalb, IL

Full-Time: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:  To collect, review, and analyze client financial statements.  To analyze and underwrite loan applications for various risks including: quality, economic and business trends, and market risks.  To prepare and perform report analysis of spreadsheets analyzing cash flow, financial statements, and collateral.  To prepare a variety of financial forecasts reflecting client data, as well as, industry trends, competition, and economic climate.  This position also actively promotes the sale of all bank products and services to current and potential clients.

REQUIREMENTS:  Preferred degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other relevant business curriculum.  Agricultural or Commercial financial analysis background preferred.  Familiarity with spreadsheet applications required, financial software experience helpful.   Strong commitment to customer service; excellent verbal and written communication skills; and professional appearance and manner.

Trust Operations Representative- Bethany Road Office - DeKalb, IL

Full-Time: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. 

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: To perform all operational duties of the Trust department which includes: placing of stock and mutual fund trades and their settlement, opening and closing accounts, creating daily and monthly reports, trust record keeping, interacting with trust clients and attorneys, processing property exchanges and bill paying. Provide operational support for Resource Investments. To actively promote the sale of all bank products and services to current and potential clients.

REQUIREMENTS: Strong commitment to customer service; attention to detail; some study beyond high school required, two to three years of qualifying financial services work experience required; para-legal coursework or experience a plus; PC experience; excellent verbal and written communication skills; and professional appearance and manner.

Loan Operations Representative II - Bethany Road Office - DeKalb, IL

Full-Time: Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. 

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: To provide operational loan support to the Manager of Loan Operations, along with Client Advisors and Commercial/Ag Advisors. To train and provide guidance to loan operations in the absence of the Manager of Loan Operations. To administer the loan product templates, security and user rights set-up in the loan software. To complete HMDA input for accurate reporting to the LAR. To help complete tasks for loan operations which include new note checkback, exception reports, account maintenance, general ledger balancing, participation activities and provide additional support for loan operations team. To help as needed in reviewing commercial loan files. To respond to client disputes of potential credit reporting errors. To complete projects as assigned.

Deposits Operations Representative III – Bethany Road Office - DeKalb, IL

Full-Time: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with a rotating Friday until 6:00 p.m.

Saturday – Saturday rotation required (8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. or 8:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.)

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:  Provide customer service support for internal and external clients. Provide Internet banking, bill pay and debit card support to clients.  Perform NSF reporting and processing, exception report monitoring, charge off accounts, process collections and recovery payments, processing tax levies, subpoenas, and garnishments.  Perform various account maintenance requests.  Provide fraud alert notifications to Advisors. 

REQUIREMENTS:  Strong commitment to customer service; high attention to detail required and ability to perform various duties accurately.  A proficiency in computers required.  Three to five years of qualifying bank work experience required; good verbal and written communication skills; and professional appearance and manner.

Teller, Part-Time & Full-Time - Various Branches

Description of Teller Position: To serve as the bank's primary contact with customers by processing transactions, managing a fund of cash, performing various customer service activities, and provide miscellaneous clerical support as needed. To actively promote the sale of all services.
