Mortgage Loan Processor

Bethany office - Full Time

Monday - Friday 8:00-5:00 PM, Some Saturday Work Required

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:  To complete activities for the Mortgage processing area.  The processor works in conjunction with the Mortgage Advisor to assist in the process of mortgage loan approval from application completion to closing, follow-up on documentation, prepare file for submission to underwriter, and follow-up with certain conditions required by the underwriter, etc.  Responsible for completion of final documentation to be signed at closing and shipping the closed loan file to the appropriate investor.  To actively promote the sale of all bank products and services to current and potential clients.

REQUIREMENTS:  High School diploma or equivalent required; one year of qualifying work experience is required, two-three years preferred.  General knowledge of the secondary market mortgage lending, is preferred.  Strong commitment to customer service; attention to detail; strong written and verbal communication skills and professional appearance and manner.


Bethany office - Full Time

Monday - Friday 8:00-5:00 PM

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:  Assist in the oversight of the accounting function including the bank’s general ledger, sub ledger applications, correspondent and other operational accounts, financial statement preparation, regulatory reports, Board report preparation, and other management reports, investment recordkeeping, accounts payable, financial analysis, fixed asset recordkeeping, and payroll.  The leadership and guidance of staff accountants and accounting clerk in achieving service excellence objectives. To develop and implement proper internal controls in the accounting and finance functions. To prepare schedules for audits and examinations and assist with questions pertaining to the accounting and finance functions.  To perform various accounting tasks for the mortgage, investment and insurance departments and assist the CFO with projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:  A bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is required.  A minimum of five years previous bank controller experience.  CPA and/or MBA preferred.  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word) are required.  Strong commitment to customer service, excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional appearance and manner.

Teller, Part-Time - Various Branches

Description of Teller Position: To serve as the bank's primary contact with customers by processing transactions, managing a fund of cash, performing various customer service activities, and provide miscellaneous clerical support as needed. To actively promote the sale of all services. Requirements include a strong commitment to customer service, math aptitude, excellent verbal communication skills, and a professional appearance and manner.
