Compliance Manager

Bethany office - Full Time

Monday - Friday 8:00-5:00 PM

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:  We are looking for a Bank Compliance Manager to assist the Sr Vice President & Chief Financial Officer in effectively managing the Compliance function of the Bank. Accountable for ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulatory requirements, applicable policies and procedures governing banking regulation, consumer protection laws, regulations and related internal policies and procedures.

  • Coordination of Regulatory Compliance
  • Coordination of Annual Compliance Risk Assessment Reviews
  • HMDA/LAR Audit on a Quarterly Basis
  • Chairs the Compliance Committee Which is Managed by Committee
  • Coordinates the Employee Compliance Training Program
  • Responsible for Board Reporting and Interaction with External Regulatory Agencies
  • CRA Compliance/Coordinates the Tri-Anneal Regulatory CRA Examination
  • Research and Resource for all Regulatory Compliance Related Items
  • Flood Insurance Monitoring, Review, and Audit
  • Consumer Real Estate Secured - Pre-Closing and Loan Estimate Early Disclosure Review

REQUIREMENTS:  A bachelor’s degree in a financial related field is required. A minimum of five to seven years previous bank experience. Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word) are required. Strong commitment to customer service, excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional appearance and manner.

Credit Administration Manager

Bethany office - Full Time

Monday - Friday 8:00-5:00 PM

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:  We are looking for a Bank Credit Administration Manager to assist the Sr Vice President & Chief Credit Officer in effectively managing the Credit Administration Department. To provide leadership to the Credit Administration Department, including Business Analysts, Appraisal review and Evaluations which support the corporate objectives of the Bank.

REQUIREMENTS:  A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field is required. A minimum of ten years previous bank experience required.  MBA preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word) are required. Strong commitment to customer service, excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional appearance and manner.

Teller, Part-Time - Various Branches

Description of Teller Position: To serve as the bank's primary contact with customers by processing transactions, managing a fund of cash, performing various customer service activities, and provide miscellaneous clerical support as needed. To actively promote the sale of all services. Requirements include a strong commitment to customer service, math aptitude, excellent verbal communication skills, and a professional appearance and manner.
