Licensed Investment Operations Assistant, Full-Time - Bethany Road Office - DeKalb, IL

Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: To provide assistance to the Investment Representatives in the areas of:  investment sales, research, trading, account processing, servicing, rep inquiries and client communications.  To perform the processing of client trades and new account paperwork as well as servicing accounts.  To actively promote the sale of all bank products and services to current and potential clients.    

REQUIREMENTS: Strong commitment to customer service; attention to detail; Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience; current Series 7 licensing or ability to obtain within six months; two to three years of qualifying financial services work experience required; PC experience; excellent verbal and written communication skills; and professional appearance and manner.

 

Loan Operations Representative II - Bethany Road Office - DeKalb, IL

Full-Time: Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. 

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: To provide operational loan support to the Manager of Loan Operations, along with Client Advisors and Commercial/Ag Advisors. To train and provide guidance to loan operations in the absence of the Manager of Loan Operations. To administer the loan product templates, security and user rights set-up in the loan software. To complete HMDA input for accurate reporting to the LAR. To help complete tasks for loan operations which include new note checkback, exception reports, account maintenance, general ledger balancing, participation activities and provide additional support for loan operations team. To help as needed in reviewing commercial loan files. To respond to client disputes of potential credit reporting errors. To complete projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS: Strong commitment to customer service; accuracy with attention to detail and ability to perform various duties accurately; some study beyond high school required, two to three years of qualifying bank work experience required; PC experience; excellent verbal and written communication skills; and professional appearance and manner.

 

Deposits Operations Representative III – Bethany Road Office - DeKalb, IL

Full-Time: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with a rotating Friday until 6:00 p.m.

Saturday – Saturday rotation required (8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. or 8:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.)

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:  Provide customer service support for internal and external clients. Provide Internet banking, bill pay and debit card support to clients.  Perform NSF reporting and processing, exception report monitoring, charge off accounts, process collections and recovery payments, processing tax levies, subpoenas, and garnishments.  Perform various account maintenance requests.  Provide fraud alert notifications to Advisors. 

REQUIREMENTS:  Strong commitment to customer service; high attention to detail required and ability to perform various duties accurately.  A proficiency in computers required.  Three to five years of qualifying bank work experience required; good verbal and written communication skills; and professional appearance and manner.

 

Teller, Part-Time & Full-Time - Various Branches

Description of Teller Position: To serve as the bank's primary contact with customers by processing transactions, managing a fund of cash, performing various customer service activities, and provide miscellaneous clerical support as needed. To actively promote the sale of all services. Requirements include a strong commitment to customer service, math aptitude, excellent verbal communication skills, and a professional appearance and manner.
